Design is a collaborative discipline. Beyond pixel-perfect execution, I am passionate about leading design teams and mentoring emerging talent. I believe that a Senior designer's greatest impact is measured by the growth of those around them. I have cultivated a culture of technical rigor and creative freedom, ensuring that teams I lead stay aligned with both user-centric principles and high-scale business goals.

My Path For the past 8 years, I led design initiatives at Visme, where I co-designed the Visme Forms project. By focusing on usability and conversion, we achieved a 40% improvement in conversion rates—a process currently under patent review.

Why I write I believe design is about building the infrastructure for human success. Whether I am architecting complex systems, creating graphic novels like Amelia, or designing high-conversion landing pages, my goal is to create systems that empower both the user and the team.
